You are the first person clients hear when they call. You keep appointments on track, replies prompt, and nothing lost. You are not a receptionist — you are the connective tissue that makes the whole firm run smoothly.

What you will do
- Answer calls from clients and prospects. Be the first voice they hear.
- Book appointments and keep the team calendar running on time.
- Reply to clients in Basecamp — our client portal — with clear, warm responses.
- Route questions to the right team member (tax, bookkeeping, or ops).
- Flag anything time-sensitive. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
What we are looking for
- You write clearly. Short sentences, plain words.
- You know when to answer, when to ask, and when to escalate.
- You keep a system — and you actually use it.
- You are comfortable learning new tools. We use Basecamp, Fizzy, and GoHighLevel.
- You handle sensitive information the way you would want yours handled.
- Experience in tax, legal, medical, or financial services is a plus — not required.
