We set you up with a private Basecamp project. Drop in every bank statement, every credit card statement, and your asset papers. Nothing to email. Add them as you find them. Basecamp is your private workspace. Only you and your ETS team can see it.

We catch up your books in Kick
We do the work in Kick, our bookkeeping platform, back to January 2025, and keep your books current every month. After you send the statements, we handle the rest.

How much do I pay up front?
One payment, and we tell you the exact number before you book anything. You prepay the months left in this year at your monthly rate, paid once. That single payment makes your whole cleanup back to January 2025 free. There is no separate cleanup bill, ever.
Is the cleanup really free?
Yes. The cleanup back to January 1, 2025 costs you nothing. You pay for your monthly bookkeeping going forward, prepaid through December, and that one payment is what makes the cleanup free. No surprise cleanup bill.
What's the catch?
No hidden catch. Here it is plain: you start monthly bookkeeping and prepay the rest of this year in one payment. That payment makes your whole cleanup free. You upload your statements to a private Basecamp folder, and we run the books in Kick. That's the whole deal.
Am I locked in? What happens after December?
No long contract. You prepay the months left this year, then you're month to month. No auto-renew surprise, and we refund any prepaid month you haven't used.
I use QuickBooks or Xero. Do I have to switch, and will it break anything?
Yes, we run your books in Kick, and we handle the whole switch for you. You don't move data or set anything up. Share your current login so we can pull the history, and we do the heavy part.
My setup is messy and I don't have every statement. Can you still do it?
Yes. Several accounts, more than one business, missing months, that's normal here. Send what you have, and if a statement is missing we help you pull it from the bank. The messy ones are our favorite.
My books are a total mess. Will you judge me?
No. That is exactly who this is for. We have seen worse. The messier it is, the more it helps to hand it to us. You are not doomed. You are just behind.
What about years before 2025?
We can do those too. Older years take more work, so they cost a little extra. We'll look at what you have on the call and give you a clear number before anything starts.
